Our story
From transport broker to fleet owner
Spectrans started out as a transport broking operation — matching customers’ cargo with the right carriers. Over the years, as our customers’ needs grew, so did we. Today Spectrans is a fully fledged transport and logistics company with its own fleet, its own operational teams and depots in Durban and Gauteng.
That journey shapes how we work. We understand transport from the customer’s side of the desk, and we have built a business that takes responsibility for your cargo from collection to delivery.
Trading as Spectrans 24/7, we provide dedicated and general freight transport, containerised cargo, airfreight distribution, local and long-distance distribution, rail-linked container services and cross-border transport.
